Note: it is possible to renew the password only once a day.
The password must be renewed at least every 6 months.
Link your phone number her (multifactor authentication)
If you enter a mobile phone number, you will be able to change your password yourself.
The phone number can be your company mobile phone as well as a private mobile phone.
Note that you can also choose Microsoft's Authentication app or an external email address as a second sign-in authentication factor if you prefer (see info on multi-factor sign-in authentication here).
Note: if you do not have a phone number linked to your account, IT-ServiceDesk will help you. Ask your manager or a contact person at Aarsleff to create a case on the ServiceDesk portal or to send an email with your initials to servicedesk@aarsleff.com. If it's urgent, you can call the IT ServiceDesk after it's done (8744 2277).
